Featured Speaker
Dan Krick, Kusudi Group, LLC
The curriculum is typically a nine week program. The Kusudi Group helps individuals and organizations live and work with purpose. Dan and his wife have been teaching this program for 20 years. The program helps define what a life plan is, how to develop a life plan and then how to actually live out your life plan. Dan showed the group an interesting video that illustrates how much time we have in a life and how the typical person spends it. The benefits of having a life plan include direction in your life, increased quality of life and making your dreams a reality. The center of a life plan is your life’s purpose. Dan explained that purpose is the filter of life. It lets all the good you want in and keeps all the rest you don’t want out. Dan handed out a binder to everyone in the group that includes some of the curriculum and asked everyone to start a purpose statement. Then we formed small groups for an exercise. Each group was challenged to think of the 12 characteristics of happy people and prizes were given to the group that did the best.
