Treasurer’s Report:
$1711.31 in Checking and $3000.00 in CDs as of July 14th, 2022
The financial audit for 2022 is still pending
Other Business:
NLBA has launched a public Facebook page. If you have a Facebook account, please like, and share our page. https://www.facebook.com/northlnkbusiness
- Mark Whitehead mentioned that August 20th the first responders are playing a charity softball game ahead of a Saltdogs game at Haymarket Park to support the First Responders Foundation.
- Joanne Bartels mentioned that Hickman Days is looking for teens to volunteers to be DJs. If anyone has a teen in need of service hours this would be a fun event.
- Emily Koopmann mentioned that August 20th the Belmont Community Center is celebrating 85 years from noon to 4 PM. There will be food trucks and bouncy houses.
Featured Speaker
Unfortunately, the featured speaker that was lined up for July resigned their position. In lieu of the featured speaker the group attending got the opportunity to give a spotlight introduction of their business.
